Font Installed in Parallels Windows Environment Does Not Appear in Storyline

Hi there - I am having the same issue with Proxima Nova using Parallels. The font is working for me within the course, but not within the Player. Like the OP, I have tried various formats of the font, installed, re-installed, etc. I have submitted a Support Case. Has anyone come across a solution?
