Font problem in storyline

Thanks for the screenshot and sorry to hear about the problem that you encountered. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

• Are you able to replicate the behavior using standard fonts like Arial? 
•  Have you tried repairing the affected fonts? 

Additionally, try downloading fonts from other sources or websites if possible. We've seen cases before where a font from a source was the cause of the font related issues that the user was experiencing, and downloading from a different source helped. If repairing the fonts doesn't fix the issue, would you be willing to upload a copy of your project file to me here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it after we're done.
