Looks like you're experiencing a behavior that is slightly different from the ones reported in this thread. Does the behavior happen for all fonts, or to custom fonts that you have installed on your machine?
Also, would you be willing to share a copy of your untranslated Storyline 360 project file and your translation file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check the behavior? We'll delete the files when we're done troubleshooting.
