Format Paintbrush Disappears

If it's happening in Microsoft Word, too, then the issue is not Storyline 360-related. Your IT team will be in a better position to troubleshoot the issue since it's affected more than one application on your machine!
Jose, I did some more testing and it isn't the mouse causing the Format Paintbrush to disappear. It is likely a combination of the following:
- Logging in to VMWare
- Remoting in to my desktop machine
- Using 2 monitors
I found that when Storyline is displaying on my second monitor (a 32"), the Format Paintbrush disappears.
If I drag the Storyline back to my laptop monitor, the Format Paintbrush reappears.

I tested this with my laptop and connected monitor, but I'm unable to replicate the issue. Is this happening when using the default pointer, too? Or only the large pointer? I'm happy to test this with the larger pointer you mentioned, if you can kindly confirm how you changed it.
Additionally, have you tried a Storyline repair as my teammate, JoseTansengco, suggested? I'm also curious if this happens with a brand-new file or just this specific one.

I can't share files (proprietary) and my Storyline installation is controlled by our IT org. I'll reach out to them, but I also want to mention that I seem to have this same issue with the Format Paintbrush in Microsoft Word. Again, only on the extended monitor (a Dell S3423 DWC).
