If it's happening in Microsoft Word, too, then the issue is not Storyline 360-related. Your IT team will be in a better position to troubleshoot the issue since it's affected more than one application on your machine!
Thanks Jose. I will get with my IT team and see if we can figure this out. I really want the Format Paintbrush to work all the time!
