Full Screen Mode - Not Working

- What LMS are you currently using?
- What browser are you viewing with? I'm curious if using a different browser or incognito mode would change your experience.
As a troubleshooting step, I recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is isolated to your LMS.
If you don't have any issues in SCORM Cloud, I suggest connecting with your LMS provider so they can investigate this behavior further. If this is happening in both locations, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup and continue troubleshooting in a support case.
