Getting Matilda to pronounce "Executor" Properly.

Where did she go? Someone on my team needs to use Matilda American voice and its no longer available. There is now a Matilda Australian voice. I can still use it in my files but someone that hasn't used her before can't. She is still in Elevenlabs.

    American Matilda is part of the new AI Voices not the original TTS.  I just checked and yes, she's still there.  if SL can do more voices like Matilda, the VO world is toast (I hate to say)

      For someone who hasn't used Matilda before, this is the only voice that is available (screenshot attached) is Matilda in the Australian voice. I should still be able to see her like Ivy (Screenshot), both of these are in my voices, but only one Matilda voice comes up in voice library. I hope this makes sense. This issue is new.

        Hi ChristinaR​, 

        Happy to help! I understand you're having trouble accessing the American Matilda voice. To access this voice, you'll need to open the My Voices tab.

        Here's how: 

        1. Click Insert Audio in the HOME tab. 

        2. Once that is open, be sure you're looking at the My Voices tab. 

        3. Type in 'Matilda' and click on the American Matilda voice. 

        4. If you're not seeing Matilda's voice when searching in My Voices, you might need to add it from the VOICE LIBRARY in the top right corner.

        Here's a visual of this in action. 

        If you are seeing something different, it would be helpful to view a screen recording of your setup. You can share this in this thread or privately in a support case.
