Getting stuck on a slide when publishing

I have tried to publish a course I created in Articulate Storyline, and it keeps getting "stuck" when encoding the video on 1.3. It ran for 2 hours the first time and it was still on encoding the video for 1.3 when I cancelled. Restarted my computer and tried 3 more times, and it continues to say it is on slide 1.3 and won't move beyond it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
