Gifs in Rise microlearning
Hello,
I'm trying to create a microlearning and upload a GIF however I can't see where i can do that.
When I try to do so within for example an image and text block it asks me to check the formatting of the image is a jpeg.
I've seen a rise module with this is as an option within the content library so I know it can be done but struggling to do it myself.

Using the built-in image block, you can add a GIF to a Rise 360 Microlearning course. This is what it would look like when you edit the content of the block to add a GIF.
You should be able to add standard GIF files to the block so if you're seeing any alerts or errors when uploading your files, please open a case with our support team here so we can check why you're unable to add them to a Rise 360 microlearning course. You can also try adding other GIF files downloaded from the web to the course to isolate if the behavior is happening to only a set of your images.
