Glitches in Storyline Courses in LMS

I use Articulate 360 and publish SCORM courses to our LMS using both Rise and Storyline.

There are never issues with the Rise courses, but I keep having intermittent glitches with the Storyline courses. There seems to be no rhyme or reason - the glitches occur to random staff whereas the same courses work fine for others. Everyone is using the same browser. The issues include slides not allowing them to move forward, quiz results slide not appearing, going through all content but not being registered as completed, etc.
