Triggers are glitching

Hello. I have a quiz scene in which some of the triggers won't work on one slide (drag and drop) but do on another (multiple responses). These are Storyline built-in slide templates. Then when the scene is published, other triggers disappear altogether. I've tested this inside SCORM Cloud, and the issue persists. Please help

    Hi Louise,

    On your Drag and Drop slide, the "Submit" hotspot is firing, but won't actually show the Incorrect layer as you have the attempts set to "Unlimited". If you want the feedback layers to show as soon as they press submit, just change the attempts to 1.
