It is very irritating when you create multiple similar buttons and at the end you comes to know there is some changes required in those buttons. Can storyline have same component features like in Adobe XD. If we change in main component it will reflect to all its copy. It will save lots of time and we can manage files properly.

I do this very thing. Place your common code and trigger(s) on a layer.
Make the layer automatically hide when timeline ends, and change the timeline to 0.25 seconds.
Now from all those buttons, just show that layer!
That's it, simple :)
You can easily change so many buttons behaviour and code all in one go by just editing the layer.
(You could even put the layer on the Master slide so it's literally available from anywhere in your course!)
