Going full screen
Another newbie question. I noticed in a lot of your showcase examples that they don't
really go full screen. Can Storyline adapt itself to go full screen and then back to limited
screen? Is there a 100% versus a 600 pixels kind of thing?
Thanks!

I would like to see a Fullscreen toggle button in future releases, however. Already have users asking for it as I convert courses from Presenter to Storyline. Will use the above .swf file - thank you, Steve.

I'm not sure how to insert the SWF file into the master slide. When I clicked on it initially, I got a blank screen. Now when I click on it, I get an error message:
AccessDeniedRquest has expired
And some more meta tags.

To work, this needs to be published to HTML output and run in a browser. This is working for me but I haven't tested across multiple browsers. Where is the message appearing for you?

When I click directly on the fullscreen.swf file he attached.

- Is the message appearing in a popup?
- Do you see this when previewing or when running within a browser window?
- In which browser(s) are you seeing this appear?
- What Flash player version do you have loaded on the machine where you're seeing this issue? http://whatismyflash.com

I have the same blank screen issue. When I try and download the .swf file I have a blank screen with a small black text box in the lower left corner of the screen that says full screen. Can you re-post please Steve with the .swf file attached for download
Thanks.

Right-click the swf file above and select Save-as to save the file to your local machine. I've attached a demo story here that contains the SWF in the first slide. You'll need to publish this to HTML to see the result. Preview won't show the effect. - AdminRehobaCommunity Member
Hey Steve,
Nice one ! We were looking at doing that ourselves and couldn't work it out.
We've tried downloading the swf, then adding it to our story file. Only trouble is that when you publish in flash, then view the page in a browser, although the functionality works fine, it creates a "blinking effect": whenever you go from one page to the other, or go back and forth using the seekbar, the whole page flickers. Have you also experienced that?
We've tried different browsers, and got the same result. I've got flash player 11.6 here.
Any idea would be welcome

Cheers

Steve, Thanks for the swf file. That did exactly what i was looking for. Can you attach the flash source file for creating the fullscreen swf. I want to modify the look of the button. Or else, maybe just the method (action script code?) you used to make this. that would be really helpful to me.
Thanks!
