Has there been an update on how links are formatted in Rise?

Does anyone know if it's still possible to have the text and underline of a link in two different colours?

Our theme colour is turquoise, but I set all my text to navy for readability. Until recently, whenever I added a link, it defaulted to the theme turquoise. I'd then set the text colour to navy, which would change the text colour, but the underline would remain in our theme colour.

This worked well for us, and I liked it.

However, I noticed a couple of weeks ago that now, when I do the same thing, the colour of the text and underline are both changed to navy. I can't get the text and underline to show in separate colours.

Is this due to an update or a bug? And is there a way to still achieve this? (see screenshots below).
