Have to click submit 3 times
on most of my slides, I have to click the submit 3 times for it to register and go to next quiz. Any solutions to this?

Do you have them set to two tries, and no Try Again layer? If there isn't a Try Again layer to stop it, it will appear as if nothing happens with incorrect answers.
