Have trouble with an interactive block not loading in my LMS?

Hey

From my Rise 360 module (which I exported in scorm/LMS), one of the storyline blocks isn't loading when students are going through the course, however it does work sometimes. As anyone ran into this before?

    I am having the same problem with a sorting activity that is in the middle of my lesson. It is only for some users and only for this specific activity.

      Hi Mallory, is the issue happening in just one type of browser, or all browsers? Kindly open a case with us here and include that information. One of our technical support engineers will provide you instructions in sharing your Rise course and investigate.

        Hello,

        I am currently in the process of gathering browser data and such from those experiencing the issue.

        I will open a ticket if a significant trend is found.

        In the meantime, I have turned off the 'block entrance animations' feature to see if that will help my learners.
