Having an audio issue with Storyline

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue where audio won't import into Storyline at all, whether it's an MP3 or WAV file and I've confirmed that this isn't an issue with the audio file itself.

Even Storyline projects from others that already contain audio would have their audio disappeared on my end. I've tried reinstalling the software but the problem persists.

Has anyone encountered this before or found a solution?
