Having an audio issue with Storyline
Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue where audio won't import into Storyline at all, whether it's an MP3 or WAV file and I've confirmed that this isn't an issue with the audio file itself.
Even Storyline projects from others that already contain audio would have their audio disappeared on my end. I've tried reinstalling the software but the problem persists.
Has anyone encountered this before or found a solution?

“Hi! That definitely sounds frustrating. A couple of things you could try: check if your media codecs are up to date, clear the Storyline cache, or test running Storyline as admin — sometimes permissions block media from loading. If none of that helps, I’d recommend reaching out to Articulate support with a sample project so they can dig deeper. Hope you get it sorted soon!”
