Having issues uploading an audio (.mp4) file
I'm trying to upload a short audio file, using the step process block. See attachment. For some reason, the upload function does not allow me to upload an .mp4 (or anything asset).
Why is this? And why is there no Articulate Support contact chat or email outlet?
Hi there, James. An MP4 file is a video file, so you can upload that to a multimedia video block. Please give that a try and let us know how it goes!
