Loving Localization, but is anyone else having loading issues?
First, I just want to say how thrilled I am with the new Articulate Localization feature! Supporting right-to-left languages is something we've been requesting for a long time, and I’m so impressed with what I’ve seen so far. I started my trial yesterday and it’s been fantastic.
I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues viewing courses in different languages once published to an LMS? I can see the language selection drop-down, but after choosing a language, the course doesn’t load—regardless of the language selected. I've tried SCORM and TinCan with no luck. Any ideas?
EricSantos - Appreciate your help and suggestions. Ended up publishing my Rise course to SCORM Cloud and submitting a support ticket when it still wasn't working. After some back and forth, we figured out Localization doesn't like it when the "hide cover page" option is selected upon Publish. So for now, we'll keep the cover page intact.
Articulate Localization couldn't have come at a better time!

Hello ResearchAnalysi,
Thank you for your positive feedback on the new Articulate Localization feature! I’m sorry you’re encountering an issue when publishing a translated course to your LMS.
We haven’t received similar reports since the feature launched, and I’m able to publish translated courses to an LMS without any issues on my end.
To help determine whether the problem is LMS-specific, I recommend testing your published course on SCORM Cloud. If it works as expected there, the issue is likely related to your LMS, and it may be helpful to open a support case with your LMS provider.
If the course doesn’t function properly in SCORM Cloud either, please let us know whether you’re publishing the course using Storyline or Rise.
If you’re open to it, we’d also appreciate the opportunity to take a closer look at the affected course. You can upload it here if it’s a Storyline course or share it privately by submitting it through a support case. We’ll delete the file once our testing is complete.
Looking forward to your response!
