HELP- elearningfreak plugin in wordpress
I've reached out to elearningfreak multiple times over the past 4 weeks and no response.
Just want to check what we're doing wrong here:
- Export from Articulate Rise as xAPI zip file
- Install elearningfreak plugin
- Upload zip into a new post on wordpress
- Link to the new course from elsewhere on our site
The content plays beautifully but the LRS does not function - no progress is saved and reports are empty.
Can anyone give suggestions what else we can do?

I am not sure Brian is seeing the emails, I have emailed over the last few months and don't get any replies.
