Hi Joe,
Thank you for your response. As you pointed out in your response, yes, there were a couple of SMEs that had forgotten they had a trial version a while back.
We have discussed the situation internally with the SMEs and everything appears good to go.

Hi there. I am having the same issues - I have team members who previously had the trial version, which has now expired. They are not able to review courses in review360... How did you resolve this? Do they need to log in with there details, even though it's expired?
