Why do I have two submit buttons, when there is only one trigger set up? This button is present only on the multiple response quiz slide in my assessment and I can only see it when I preview this slide? Where is this second submit button that is grey and small? I need to delete it.

Here is an option
hide the submit button when the user clicks submit on the condition that the state of any of x, y, z options are selected.
Also, on the cog on the base layer uncheck the submit button add a next, and then add a submit interaction trigger to the next button.

I also wanted to share that it looks like there is a Submit button added to the Player and the Slide. You'll want to either remove the Submit button for the Player in the Slide Properties or remove the Submit button added to the Slide or possibly the Slide Master.
