Hidden layer reappears on Resume
I'm using Storyline 360 and have added an Exit button to my course.
Clicking the button shows a confirmation layer, and if the learner confirms they want to exit, the triggers hide the current laye...

In the slide properties, the slide is set to "Resume saved state", it remembers its previous state. Setting the slide to "Reset to initial state" will fix the issue. However, I'm not sure if "Resume saved state" is essential for your slide's functionality. I may look further.
