Hiding personal information in a moving video
I have been unable to find a good way to cover personal information in a video as the screen scrolls. Programs like Camtasia work but they are time consuming. Does anyone know how to do it in Storyline or can you recommend a good third party software that will allow hiding info as the video scrolls?
How about working in a non-production system which doesn't display personally-identifiable information? No amount of screen-blurring and/or software-created redaction is going to matter if the PII gets out and the affected parties decide the best course is litigation.
