Hot Spot wont show correct answer

So what you are saying is that even though the learner clicks on the correct area around the C key that I identified as a hotsopt 1, the slide then thinks the learner 'changed their mind" and thougt the submit button was the correct choice for the C keey, and SL submits that choice at thr same time.
I am not sure why SL would do that Is it a glitch, or intended?
