Hover State "Normal" doesn't disappear on Hover State

Hi Phil - I'm having the same issue but with the normal / visited states.
I duplicated the normal state, called it visited, then deleted the object and inserted the new one but in preview mode the normal object still shows behind the visited object. Any other ideas?
