How can I download the apps of Articule 360 like Replay , Studio Peek

I hope you are well. I would like you to help me to know how to download the applications like Storyline, peek, replay, etc. I currently have a corporate account with my email (martin.arenas@mx.issworld.com) But they changed my computer equipment, and I can't download these applications. Can you share the steps before I can do it because I did not find the information on your portal.
