How can my entire team view the content I place in Articulate Review?
This may be in a different thread (but I can't find it), or I'm misunderstanding - but I thought when I published something to Articulate Review, my entire team could view it on their Review, too. Is that not the case? Do I need to send them the link, even if they're on my team? I understand sending the link to folks outside my team and/or to those that don't have 360 but didn't think I needed to if they are on my team.

I wanted to share that we just released Team Folders for Review 360! You can now create shared team folders in Review 360 to organize your content and assign permissions. This also includes allowing multiple authors to publish new versions of the content you shared in these folders for better collaboration.

is there any news on the team review feature? My colleague and I are listed as a team account. To my greatest surprise, I just found out, that my colleague apparently can't see my projects in his review.
This feature is absolutely critical for effective team work. I hope there is a solution by now, that I am simply missing.Hi Tim, Matt, etc.
If you look at the Articulate 360 Roadmap (Articulate 360 - Articulate 360 Feature Roadmap - Articulate Support) and you scroll to the Review 360 section you can see some of these features are currently in development. I noticed this a couple days ago.

A roadmap without a planned availability date is not a roadmap, it's a wish list.

I have some great news to share!
We’ve just released an update for Review 360 which includes cool new features:
New: Create shared team folders in Review 360 to organize your content, assign permissions, and invite collaborators. You can even allow multiple authors to publish new versions of a course to the same Review 360 project.
And because Review 360 is a web app, there's nothing to install! New features and fixes are available immediately.
