How do I get a course to complete?
Hello.
I upload all of my scorm files into a modal (iframe) on my learning platform. When they have completed the activity, all they have to do is close the modal by clicking on a cross on the top...
While your description of the issue is good, the devil is in the details... I would suggest that you upload the file and submit this as a case to the articulate team...they usually can figure it out for you and if it is actually a design flaw they can submit a change/update ticket to get that remedied asap. I have uploaded several times when stuck, they are confidential, secure and quick on getting back to you. Finding the "submit a case" button is difficult so you have to search hard for it but once there you can get a case number and resolve this.
