I'm happy to help! By external videos, we are referring to embedded videos from YouTube or another website. Since the YouTube player control are already controlled in YouTube, the option to play the video automatically is not controlled by Storyline 360. I'm interested in hearing any workarounds involving javascript to play an embedded video automatically. I'll leave it to our javascript experts in the community to confirm.
