How do you edit the email address of an Articulate 360 team member
When creating an account for a new team member, I accidentally entered the incorrect email address. If I log into my admin account and select Manage Team, I have the ability to delete a user but can't figure out how to edit their email. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

You should be able to remove the incorrect user information from your team, then re-add. Check out this tutorial.

Thank you so much Leslie! This user has already created Rise and Storyline content under her existing account. Will she lose that content if we delete her existing account and create a new one with the correct email address?

Let's handle this a different way then and put the control back in the users hands:
Here's how to change the email address associated with your Articulate ID:
1) Go to https://account.articulate.com and sign in with your current email address and password.
2) Enter your new email address in the Articulate ID field, then click Save.
3) You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to verify your new information.

Greetings Leslie! We just went through an acquisition and we have all new email addresses for our new company. Am I able to edit all the members' emails on my team since I'm the admin on the account or do they have to edit their own Articulate IDs? Also, can I update my own account admin email/Articulate ID as the admin and not have any my subscription or membership affected other than changing the email? I think our old emails will be going away within the next year as we migrate to Outlook 360 with our new company.

I'm not sure how I'm just seeing this, but I see where you chatted with Rowie about this as well, so looks like you're all taken care of.
For anyone following along, we advise that the user update their e-mail for the AID individually.

We have Articulate Teams, and we found out that our email address/email account may change. This post is several years old. Can someone from Articulate confirm that a user can change their own email address / articulate ID, and not lose their content? Thanks!
