Will changing email associated with Articulate 360 license mean we lose access to our Rise courses and SL review courses?

My company is migrating to Google Docs, and our emails are changing. I read that we can change our email addresses in the Settings. But will we lose access to our Rise courses and Storyline 360 review dashboard?

Thanks for writing in, and smart call to double-check!

You won't lose access to the previous Articulate ID email address's content if you change the email address to a different one.

Here's how to change your Articulate ID email address to another one that belongs to you:

  1. Go to https://account.articulate.com and sign in with your current email address and password.
  2. Enter your new email address in the Articulate ID field, then click Save.
  3. You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to verify your new information.

Note: Transferring your Articulate ID to another person isn't permitted by our terms of service.
