How to add closed captioning to a Storyline block in Rise 360
Greetings!
I added a Storyline block in Rise, but the closed captioning from my .story file did not transfer. How can I add closed captioning to my SL block in Rise?
Thanks, Lisa

Hello Lisa! I understand the closed captions in your Storyline content do not show when embedded in Rise 360.
Do the closed captions in your Storyline block work when published for LMS, Web, or Review 360?
Would you be willing to share your Storyline file with us for testing and troubleshooting? If yes, you may upload your file directly to us by opening a case here. Our Support Engineers are more than happy to look at your file and see what's happening.

Hi Angelo!
I actually got this to work. The cc works in SL (Review 360 and SABA LMS); when the SL content with cc is added to Rise, they also work there. I'm not sure why it didn't work initially.
Thanks for reaching out. :)
