How to add space/move all tracks as one
Hello!
I need to add space to create a pause in my content. Is the only way to do this to shuffle along manually each track, and then realign all of the Mix settings and lower thirds?

You can select both tracks (A and B) and the lower-third in Replay by holding the Shift key, which makes it easier to move them together:
