How to change the color of the scroll bar in a scrolling panel?
Is it possible to change the color of the scroll bar when you insert a scrolling panel?

Hi everyone, while this is an old post I would also like to add my vote. The grey is very light and not very noticeable to learners. Please keep this post active so that it doesn't end up at the bottom of our wish list :-)

This pale gray color theme since it surfaced many years ago (was it Microsoft who introduced it?) was a good idea in concept, but poor in execution in many, many instances, not just with Articulate.
Adding my vote to this feature request too. Being able to style the scroll bar on a scroll pane would be a great addition to Storyline.

This hasn't been implemented yet....sigh.
Some in my organization are concerned with the gray scrolling bar not being visible enough to learners. This feature would be amazing if we could modify/customize it more!
I would like to add to this request. The grey scrolling bar is not as visible to the learners.
I too can't believe this still has not been acted on after so many many requests. Is there some specific or technical reason why this can't happen or are these myriad of requests simply being ignored? It would be very useful to be able to manipulate the size and colour of the scroll bar much like we can control the visual aspects of the slider tool!
