How to direct learners to different modules based on their score?

Hi all,


I'm experiencing an issue with my Storyline course where conditional triggers are not functioning as intended. After a quiz, I want to direct learners to different modules based on their score.

In storyline, if the learner fails a module and depending on their results, how do dictate them to the a specific module. Certain results go to Scene AA and other certain results go to Scene BB?

Here's what I've set up:

A trigger to jump to "Scene AA" if the learner scores 80% or above.
A trigger to jump to "Scene BB" if the learner scores less than 60%.
Despite setting these triggers, clicking the "Continue" button always directs to "Module BB," regardless of the actual score. Here's what the triggers look like:

I have confirmed that the triggers are in the correct order and there are no overlapping conditions. Can anyone advise what might be causing this issue or how to ensure the correct module is selected based on the quiz score?

    Your triggers are both located on the Failure layer. Whenever your score falls below 80%, you'll be directed to the Failure layer. A trigger to transition to "Scene AA" if the learner scores 80% or above will never execute as long as it remains on the Failure layer.
