How to fix trigger change state of shape to hover when hover to text entry?

I want to change state shape to hover when mouse hovers on text entry and restore state when hovering out. But the trigger doesn't seem to work. If I don't check restore, the shape will change to hover state. And I see that the state of the shape only changes to hover when the mouse hovers over the border.

I am using Storyline 360 version 8.34. I didn't see this error appear in previous version. Where can I find and install version 3.75?
