how to italicize part of a word in a Rise Course Title
I need to have a header read ECG (wavECG)
Is there an alt key to allow the wav to be italicized?
Thanks

Hi Sylvia,
The Rise lesson and course title aren't something that you can currently customize with italics/bold formatting. I can share with our Product team that this is something you'd need in your courses, and also feel free to share more ideas as a feature request to our product team!
Hi there, Melissa. Currently, the formatting tools don't apply to course titles. If we extend the text editor to areas like the title and course outline, we'll let you know here!

- Start typing your title
- Stop where you want to add the italic text
- Visit this website
- Generate your italicized word. Select and copy it
- Go to your Rise project and paste it in place

This is pretty cool, Seth. Thanks for sharing.
You got my hopes up that I could find something similar to add superscripts to Rise titles too. Unfortunately the equivalent superscript generator doesn't seem to work with the '®' symbol. Never mind 😞.

Dear all, it seems to make problems if you want to translate the text with a italic text part and import the translation. The import is not possible.
Hi there! You should have the option to Include HTML formatting when you export your course for translation. If that's not working, we can have a look at your course and see if we spot any issues. Feel free to privately share it with us -- start by clicking here to get a case opened.
