How to move an image with a slider in Storyline 360
Hello all,
I am trying to create an interaction in which a slider can move an image left and right (back and forth). It is to simulate a horizontal scroll bar on a webpage. So, when the user scrolls right, the image moves left and vice versa. I've been fiddling with triggers and variables, but I can't get it to work. Thanks!
You're looking at creating a parallax effect.
You can accomplish this using two sliders attached to the same variable, but one slider needs to be upside down so that when one item moves right, the other moves left, as they'll both technically have the same starting and ending points. You can set an image as the thumb of the slider.
Here's a video and the sample file I used is attached.
