How to open a ready-made course created in articulate on a tablet with Android operating system?

Good afternoon. Please tell me how to open a ready-made course created in articulate on a tablet with the Android operating system? I publish a course in web or SKORM 1.2 format

    Thanks for reaching out!

    As Phil stated, you can publish your course for web distribution. Next, upload the course to a server and send learners a link to the story.html file. The link should be viewable on the tablet. If you have additional questions, please let us know!

    can this be done locally? if tablet is not connected to internet for instance
