How to remove correct/incorrect function for fill-in-the-blank questions

Hi! It's 2025. Is there any updates on this? Just the ability to remove the "Correct/Incorrect" statement from the feedback will be great. Or maybe create a different type of block that is outside Knowledge Checks, but lets people do open ended question, or poll-type question. Thanks!
