How to use Storyline 360 without AI Upgrade
All of the needed functions on the left side of Storyline 360 require me to Upgrade to AI now. Insert text, audio, quizzes all pop up with a nag screen to upgrade to AI. There is no obvious way to turn this off and I can't find any other options. We just purchased the product, and we are already being told we have to shell out more $$$$ just to get started. Will the product be nagging our staff all day to upgrade?
Please help us turn this off. Thank you
Agree. Same issue. I am trying to update some existing training from a fresh Storyline 360 download the the Insert buttons don't work unless I do the AI. I can't figure out how to turn off the feature and insert the 'ole fashion way.
I'm with you all - I really want to switch off and hide all the AI feature - but they don't stop you using the standard features.
With text for example, go to the insert tab and then just make sure you click on "Text Box" (which is further to the right) and not Insert Text in the AI Assistant box.
I would say it's poor UI, but it's not - it's a deliberate dark pattern to try to get you to upgrade.

Same here. I just upgraded and now I can't insert text without it trying to force me to upgrade to the AI add-on. That was never mentioned when I renewed my subscription. Had I known, I would have waited to upgrade. Now, I can't use the basic features!!
Please tell me me we can turn off the AI message and continue to use the basic functionality!!!
