I accidentally deleted a lesson, help please

I just lost a days' worth of work because I accidentally deleted a lesson. That is totally unacceptable. I like the fact that the interface is easy to use but the fact that I cannot recover the content makes it so I won't/can't use Rise 360 for any of my projects. Losing the content was way too easy to do.

Yep, just like EVERYONE else in this thread. I've lost DAYS of work on just one lesson!  12 seconds is just not right!
