I want to change my Storyline player for a more personalized one... How do I do it?

I was searching online and found this course. I noticed it had a different player, so I looked within Storyline's tools, but I couldn't find the option to configure it the same way. There were some similar options, but I didn't like the final result. Does anyone know how to get a player like this? (Is Java necessary, or is there a template you could provide?) The idea is that the user can return to any point on the timeline they want.
