Thanks for sharing the original image too. I tested it out as well in a few different image blocks and I saw the same thing.
You mentioned using Snagit, is that how you also captured the original image? I'm not seeing the same issue with other image files I've inserted into Rise, including screen shots.
I'm going to share it with my team to have a few more eyes on testing, so I'll be in touch as soon as I can!
