Images not copying when copying slide masters/layouts from one project to another in Storyline

I'm having an issue copying slide layouts to new projects. The images in the masters/layout aren't copying correctly. The image frame copies, but loses the image, renaming as 'Picture 1'. Replacing ...

Hi, Erin!

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Currently, I don't have an update on this. One workaround in the meantime is to copy and paste the objects directly from one project to another.

    Thank you for the update. For our project, we have decided to create a master slide layout file and save it as each of the courses. This will ensure that everything we are building in the master layouts will be in each course.
