Import an image file

I have been using storyline 360 for 4 years now. This past year, when I import clipart it does not size to the shape on the slide. It used to size the image to fit in the image box. See at...
Thank you so much for your response and demo. It does loom correct on the slide in storyline 360 (version 3.48.24159.0) but when I preview and publish the image does not view as fitted in the pic box.
