Importing from PPT with Hierarchy

I am attempting to import my PPT into Storyline 3, but the hierarchy I created (by hyperlinking slides in PPT to the title slide) does not come through in Storyline. Any suggestions as to how to create section heads rather than a single linear stream of slides?
