Beth, to be honest I never did get a resolution to this.
Thanks Alan. Were you ever able to get it to work or find a workaround? I saw something about copying slides from one ppt to another? It's so weird because I have a total of 5 ppt that were created using the same slides and they all work but this one. I have tried importing them slide by slide, removing audio files, saving the file with a different name and nothing is working.
