I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue when trying to import a company template. I'm happy to help trouble shoot!
- First, you'll need to add the custom template to your template library. Here are 3 methods you can use. If you've done this already, have you tried exiting Storyline and reopening?
- Are you working from your local hard drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
